• If you know you have Rats we recommend you call us as soon as possible. Rats are a danger to Human Health as they carry the life threatning disease (WEIL'S DISEASE) if you are in contact with their urine.
• Rats will contaminate everything they are in contact with, such as Childrens/pets toys and all surfaces.
• Rats love overgrown vegetation/compost heaps, so we recommend keeping all garden vegetation low and keep your gardens tidy from any dis used debris.
• Rats can come up from the sewers, so we recommend you have sealed drain coverson your drains.
• Rats will cause strucural damage to you property and they have also been known to gnaw through electric cables, resulting in fires.
• Block all  entry holes around your property, especially at low level. Wire wool and cement is perfect for this.

• If you have Rats in your Home or Commercial property, do not hesitate to call us here at Peter Clark Pest Control, We will be more than happy to book in a Rat Treatment on a Date and time that suits your needs.
• Once we arrive we will proceed with a survey of the property to establish where the rat problem has come from and how we will deal with the problem. We will be looking for any Entry/Exit holes in and around the property and we will also point out and housekeeping and proofing suggestions. All of this information will be given to you in a detailed report.
• If you require assistance with any proofing  works, we will be happy to provide quotes for this.
• Our Rat Treatment is very succusful and effective using a combination or Tamper Proof Bait stations and UK HSE approved Traps and poisons as needed.
• We then return 2 weeks later to check all areas and bait staions for any activity or the Rat, we will replace any poisons that have been taken and re set any traps, the third and final visit is again 2 weeks after that, to remove all bait staions and traps and to and to see if any more visits are needed.
